We have our finger on the pulse of the buyers in the St. Louis area and will market your property in a variety of ways to ensure that you receive the highest & best offer for your REO.  Marketing activities will include signage on property, listing in MLS, posting on our web-page, faxing/emailing our property newsletter to buyers and agents along with making phone calls to buyers and agents who are active in the market.  In addition, our contacts with local lenders and private money investors allow us to present financing options for buyers quickly to help your property close faster.
